Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping on orders $299+ with total weight under 25 lbs to the contiguous 48 states.
Processing & Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day. We ship from Eastman, Georgia.
Shipping Rates by Zone
For orders under $299 or over 25 lbs, shipping is calculated by weight and destination zone. Rates below apply to standard ground shipping.

Oversized & Heavy Orders
Orders totaling 85 lbs or more are shipped via LTL freight or multiple boxes. Flat rates apply as shown in the table above. For unusually large or complex orders, contact us and we can assist.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package weight, destination, and availability. We reserve the right to select the carrier that best serves your order.
